Despite an uncertain start to the year with the difficult economic conditions, Jack Barclay general manager, Derek Bennett says 2010 has been a very successful and certainly ‘eventful’ year for Jack Barclay; and one that has seen Bentleys old and new grace the showroom floor.
In addition to playing host to a number of key events in the London social calendar, at Jack Barclay we have welcomed the full range of Bentley models, from a replica Peterson Bentley Blower and a classic Continental Type R to the latest models to emerge from the home of Bentley in Crewe.
Whilst the classic models take pride of place in the showroom, the latest models are equally at home within our dealership. The team at Bentley in Crewe have surpassed their own high standards by continually pushing the boundaries and producing new models that exceed customers’ expectations and result in some of the finest luxury road cars available today.
Each and every one of the factory’s 3,500 technicians, seamstresses, craftsmen and women play a vital role in continuing to produce the very best motor cars. Their input is what maintains Bentley’s reputation as a desirable and respected marque and ensures that our sales team is able to offer a wealth of choice to customers. This is reflected in the high level of interest in the New Continental GT and Mulsanne which have already exceeded expectations with healthy sales.
In addition to welcoming a wide choice of classic and modern Bentleys to the showroom throughout 2010, we have also opened the doors to many guests in a full and varied events calendar.
This will continue in 2011 as the showroom gains a reputation for being a unique and much sought after venue for events. We will be restructuring the format and layout of the showroom itself to cater for this increased demand whilst ensuring our sales and customer facing personnel can continue to deliver the first class service they are renowned for.
